… and like you, I was exhausted, constantly tired, and sometimes didn’t even know how to make it to the next vacation.
As a senior executive in an international tourism group and mom to two teenagers, I was Superwoman in the hamster wheel. Constantly running at full speed at work but no energy for other parts of my life. Out of the blue, the Covid lockdown in Spain forced me to slow down, and I realized that the way I was living was no longer sustainable. Suddenly I noticed how exhausted I was, and I understood that I desperately had to change my life.
- I didn’t have enough energy for the things that are important to me and often ended up on the sofa in the evenings.
- I wanted to eat healthy, but I didn’t find the time and if I did, I didn’t know what to cook.
- I was 48 and wondering how to stay in shape without incorporating diets and time-consuming workouts into my everyday life.
Then I discovered that it is possible to change your lifestyle completely and it all started by getting more mindful with myself and with what I was eating. I found the WILDFIT® program where in 90 days I learned how to change my diet to a healthy and natural way of eating, without calorie counting and being hungry. I did not have to do this on my own, I was in a community with other people who did the program with me and was supported by a coach.
After only a few weeks in the program, I woke up in the morning with much more energy and realized that this was about much more than healthy eating. It was also about time for myself, mindfulness, learning to cook again and giving my children an example.
With the new energy that I had gained, I incorporated new routines into my everyday life, and I found ways to do more yoga and other types of movement, in a way that suited my busy life. Getting more mindful about my lifestyle choices and doing yoga, breathwork and meditation as a part of my daily routines really changed my life.
I’m 50 now and have more energy than I did in my thirties. Other effects were needing less hours of sleep, pure and radiant skin, 7 kg less weight, more motivation for movement and suddenly no more hay fever.
This experience has helped me to get to know myself anew and to consciously decide what I want to do with my life. Today I help people like you to achieve the same thing, with a mixture of German steadfastness and Mediterranean ease. Mallorca has been my home since 2004 and I know how to live with the joy and ease of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Due to my own story, I understand exactly what a challenge it can be to integrate healthy habits into a stressful everyday life. This is why I created the +vida Coaching program, combining the WILDFIT® 90-day program, breathwork, movement and mindfulness. I am sharing my own healthy habits, based on my experience and with information from my international network which I have built over the years. I help you find solutions that ensure you get your life back and can do the things that are really important to you – with more energy, vitality and having a lifestyle that makes you look and feel younger every single day.
I am a certified WILDFIT® Coach, Breathwork Coach (Yogabody Barcelona) and have the Spanish coaching certificate “Experto en Coaching Personal y Ejecutivo” (Efic Sevilla – 320 hours).
