Nicole Vida

For over 25 years, I’ve had a successful career as a senior marketing executive in an international travel & tourism group. 

Business travel, back-to-back meetings, constant pressure to hit my budget numbers – the more stressed out I was, the harder I worked. 

Living alone as an expat in Spain, being divorced and a mom of two boys, I was constantly running at full speed at work but lacking energy for other parts of my life. 

I was slowly losing my sparkle. My strategies for stress relief were working harder, eating comfort food and drinking wine in the evening. 

In 2020, when the pandemic forced me to slow down, I realized how exhausted I was. 

With my 50th birthday coming closer, I was noticing that my body and my energy levels were changing. I had no idea how to lower my stress levels, get more energy and stay in shape.

Things had to change. So I started learning about all aspects of nutrition, movement, meditation, breathwork and productivity. 

Now, I’m a certified Master WILDFIT Coach (the top rated health & nutrition programme on Mindvalley), Breathwork Coach and Personal & Executive Coach.

Even when you think you don’t have the time, I help you find solutions that ensure you get your life back and can do all the things that are important to you – with more energy and vitality.
